The prices shown are per property per week and include: Welcome Pack, towels, linen, cleaning and consumption of water and electricity. A mid-week clean and linen/towel change is available on request for a small extra charge payable locally.

Notes to the rental rates

A 20% deposit (non-refundable) secures bookings. The balance is due eight weeks before arrival. If booking for longer than two weeks, outside of peak season, discounts may be offered subject to owners discretion. The price includes twice weekly cleaning, linen and towel change. Please provide your own beach towels. Also included is a welcome pack containing basics such as bread, jam, juice, tea, coffee, beer and wine so you can really start your holiday when you arrive.
